Everingham Electric (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit everinghamelectric.com or contact us through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English on purpose.
When you fill out a quote or contact form, we collect the information you type into it — your name, phone number, email address, and the description of the job you provide. When you call the phone number on this site, we receive the number you called from and any information you give us during the call. When you browse the site, our servers log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of visit.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, quote your job, schedule work, and contact you about the work we are performing. We use the technical data to keep the site running, understand which pages visitors use, and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and to measure how visitors use the site. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
We use Google Fonts to load the typefaces on this site. When your browser requests a font file, Google’s servers receive your IP address and browser information. We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or data brokers. If we add services that change this, we will update this page before those services go live.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the information below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We keep contact and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax obligations. Site access logs are rotated on a regular schedule.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
